At Lemaq, we believe in providing a ‘taste to remember’ with our dishes as the catalyst for interaction and a vehicle for people to appreciate and value relationships, traditions, and culture.Inspired by traditional Malay and Indonesian recipes handed down by family generations of our chef Madam Nerita Yolanda’s family from Padang, Indonesia, our dishes showcase the perfect marry of intense fresh spices, seasonal ingredients, and fresh products. This perfect combination demonstrates our passion for creating that perfect dish and more reason for you to indulge in our specially crafted dishes.Starting out as a home-based business, Lemaq was serving to the needs of our close family and friends. With overwhelming support, Lemaq expanded the business and opened our very own stall to be in the heart of the community. Today, besides serving our customers at the stall, we also offer catering services for small events. On top of that, we have also introduced our daily bento box lunch and dinner packs delivered to our customers in the comfort of their homes and offices. Our signature dishes such as Daging Masak Hijau, Paru Balado, Nasi Kuning with Ayam Masak Merah are prepared the traditional way and improvised with a modern twist to meet both the hard-core fans and modern palettes of our customers. For those who prefer to go light, we offer ala carte all-time favorites such as Laksa with a especially home-made noodle, Lontong, Gado Gado, and more. No meal is complete with our sweet and savoury desserts. From traditional kuih or desserts such as ondeh-ondeh, rissoles, kuih dadar and Jongkong, you will be spoilt for choice. At Lemaq, our Kuih Jongkong is served in a cup with three layers of ingredients, making you want to dig in right away. We also used the latest technology to ensure that our Kuih Jongkong can last for up to seven days without changes in color, taste, and smell. Now, that’s a treat!Located on the East side of Singapore, we welcome you with our warm and attentive service. From our hearty breakfast to afternoon power lunches and tea break after-work desserts, we invite you to experience tradition with a dash of passion.
