About 本洲一 醸造元｜梅田酒造場
当社は、広島市の東部安芸区船越町にある小さな蔵元です。米は主に広島県産の酒造好適米を使い杜氏が腕を振るって造り上げたお酒、それが「本洲一（ほんしゅういち）」です。広島市東部の船越周辺に五軒有った造り酒屋は、現在では他の四軒は廃業して梅田酒造場のみ、日本酒を醸造しています。創業は大正５年（1916年）。100年を超える歴史があります。フランスの日本酒コンクール「Kura Master」の純米酒部門の金賞受賞や、毎年英国・ロンドンにて開催されておりますInternational Wine Challenge (IWC)でGold Medalなど、世界的な酒類鑑評会にて少しずつ評価を戴くようになりました。
