Cancellation/Reschedule or No-Show PolicyYour appointments are very important to us. The time is reserved especially for you, though we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations/reschedule. Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee.  No exception! ​Late Arrival Policy:Clients arriving more than 5 minutes past their scheduled time will forfeit their deposit or prepayment. Please plan ahead for traffic and weather.  If you arrive late and we’re unable to complete all scheduled services, you will still be responsible for the full cost, as time was specifically reserved for your appointment. Client Comfort & Treatment Commitment:Sensations such as discomfort or sensitivity may occur during treatment and are considered a normal part of the process.  Once a service has begun, even if the client chooses to stop before completion for any reason. The full-service fee will still apply.
