Jennifer Roberson’s writing career so far has spanned 43 years and is comprised primarily of fantasy series from DAW Books such as the 8-volume Chronicles of the Cheysuli; the 8-volume Sword-Dancer Saga; the Karavans universe; and urban fantasies in the Blood + Bone series.  In 1997, a collaboration with Roberson, Melanie Rawn, and Kate Elliott, The Golden Key, was short-listed for the World Fantasy Award.  Other works include two historicals based on the Robin Hood legend, Lady of the Forest and Lady of Sherwood, and a Scottish historical Lady of the Glen, featuring the documented Massacre of Glencoe in 1692; a short story collection, Guinevere's Truth and Other Tales; a Highlander TV series media tie-in; and other genre titles.  All of her novels are in ebook format, and many are available on Audible.  The fantasy series were translated and published in foreign language editions as well.She wrote and marketed her first novel at the age of 14--and received her first rejection slips.  She was 29 and 2 days old when her first novel was acquired.  A 15-year overnight success!Roberson has a Bachelor of Science in journalism, and in the past has worked as a newspaper reporter and advertising copywriter.  Hobbies include showing dogs and making mosaic artwork.  Currently she has a Cornish Rex cat, and a Cardigan Welsh Corgi.  (The corgi with a tail.)
